RETURNS SENT WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

At KINETRA ACTIVE WEAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns or exchanges on items that are in new condition with original tags attached. Return items cannot be washed, worn, or altered.

Full-Price Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. We will provide a return shipping label free of charge.

Holiday Policy Extension: Due to potential shipping delays, KINETRA ACTIVE WEAR will extend its return policy during the holiday shopping period. Full-price merchandise purchased between November 1, 2026 and December 25, 2026 must be returned within 90 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale are non-refundable.
