At KINETRA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or your order information

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise used may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please email us at kinetra915@gmail.com before sending anything back. Please include your order number and let us know whether you are requesting a return or exchange.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label at no cost and instructions on where and how to send your item.

Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Sale Items

All sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Holiday Return Extension

To accommodate holiday shopping and potential shipping delays, KINETRA will extend its return period during the holiday season.

Full-price merchandise purchased between November 1, 2026 and December 25, 2026 may be returned within 90 days of the date the order is received, provided the item meets all return requirements listed above.

Return Address

Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and shipping label. Please do not send returns to our address before receiving approval from KINETRA.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
